Bryant’s Logistics Transportation Tractor Trailer Driver Training course provides the necessary training for men and women to prepare for a career in the trucking industry. The curriculum for this course was designed to meet and exceed industry standards as well as the requirements of North Carolina Department of Motor Vehicle licensing standards.
8 Week Training Course
Tuesday- Thursday Day
9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Tuesday- Thursday Evening
4:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Upon successful completion of the program all students will be prepared to take and pass the CDL Class A Driver Exam administered by the North Carolina DPS; a Certificate of Completion is awarded to the students as well as Resume assistance and job placement assistance. Experience Recruiters and truckers from various companies speak to our classes. We assist students to apply to receive multiple job offers during their training.
We’ll make sure you’re ready for the written portion of your exam with classroom training on how to safely and expertly drive a truck.
Field Instruction
In order to learn to drive a truck, you’ll actually have to get out there and practice! Our Instructors will work with you closely as you learn, and will put in the time necessary to help you pass

CLASSROOM: 50 HOURS PER STUDENT
Students will receive training materials for their CDL permit & learn motor carrier safety regulations, correct log book procedures, defensive driving, the vehicle
OBSERVATIONS(OBS): 32 HOURS PER STUDENT
As students observe the operation of the commercial vehicle, the instructor will comment on particular areas the that the student should pay attention to during observation
OVER THE ROAD(BTW): 16 HOURS PER STUDENT
Students will practice driving on the road, making left and right turns, changing lanes, merging, safely fueling vehicle, and night driving
RANGE SKILLS: 50 HOURS PER STUDENT
Students will learn how to do a pre-trip inspection, shifting, coupling and uncoupling, straight line backing, offset backing, parallel parking, proper position of fifth wheel and adjust sliding tandems
